All you have to do... change everything you are

Telesec sent a resume in this morning. I may have to do a phone interview. I'm of two minds about the job since it's a part-time position, but I'll see whether it's a long term thing or just fill-in. The one I could manage, the other would require taking a second job somewhere.

Finally picked up paperwork from the apartment manager. Need to get recertified before the new lease goes through, but it should be a formality. The headache will mostly be getting stuff filled out and notarized.

Writing update:

I successfully made my CVS goals with considerable help from that washed out rocker character I mentioned before. I really shouldn't leave the tv on VH1 for several hours because I'll get "ideas". Now if the scenes would gel into some sort of actual story rather than just little random observations on her life in the music industry I'd be doing great. I nicknamed the project "Behind the Music" because it seems like one of *those* kind of stories.

This week's goals are more of same:

1) Critique Melissa's submission
2) 500 words a day
3) Work on revising Cinderella story. Some of the major scenes need rethinking/retooling which is hampering my efforts unfortunately.

I also want to submit something new, but that may be asking too much. Who knows?

Fanfic bunnies have been very very quiet, which is always worrisome. Waiting to see if the new WENN list sparks any odd fic ideas.
