Taking the week off from the writer's group. After a long day with the interview, I just didn't feel like I had enough energy to contribute coherently. (Not that that ever stopped me, but still...) I'll let everyone else deal with the Thursday Curse that is our weather.
I thought the interview went well. I was prepared to fill out the dread application this time, so I didn't shoot myself in the foot completely. I talked to the HR person who seemed very impressed with some of my answers and then went to get the librarian to interview me. Usually she screened applicants first and then she'd bring them back in for a second interview. So I hope this is a good sign. They still have to interview a few more people, of course. The library work is fairly standard, although there are some interesting wrinkles, including some records management. Fortunately that was exactly my old work before I went all library, so hopefully...
