Hot chocolate and cataloguing
Jan. 18th, 2005 01:03 pmGod, it's cold outside. I was never so grateful for the omni-present Starbucks than today when I needed a hot chocolate to thaw me out. My corner of the library is freezing. Those who know me, though, will ponder the consequences of me in a sparkling brand new white Lands End coat carrying a cup of hot chocolate on the freezing streets of downtown DC. Fortunately the new coat cleans up pretty nicely, in spite of the spills. I thought it was quite appropriate that my cup carried a Walter Mosley quote: "What I look forward to every morning: black coffee and a blank page -- freedom."
Work has shifted to actual inputting of the titles. They have their own keywords and cross referencing system I may never understand, but the rest is going pretty fast.
