Folklife and not writing
Jan. 27th, 2005 12:44 pmI didn't complete a story in time for CVS' first challenge. I was all gung ho, with lots of brainstorming, but real plots or stories to show for my trouble. Very very frustrating. There will be other ones, I know, but I still feel like I didn't accomplish anything this week. The purple notebook only has one more notebook to transcribe. It's mostly exercises around two projects.

archaeological about the American Folklife Center's 9/11 Documentary Project. The project is similar to the After the Day of Infamy: Man-on-the-street interviews after the attack on Pearl Harbor. WENN fans take note, there is an entry from Pittsburgh from 1942 with people from different walks of life, speaking as if they were addressing the President. They have both a transcript and Real Player version of the first side.
