Anywhere but there

I hate the heat. I'm not wild about my apartment either, although at least it's better than it was the previous two nights. So I escaped to the Panera to work on my writing submission for next week. Free wireless also makes me a happy camper. I may try to go see Superman Returns tomorrow, since the latest Justice League release has a free pass inside, but only through end of July. Still haven't seen POTC2, but I haven't been majorly spoilered yet.

Sci Fi's "Who Wants to be a Superhero" has enlisted Hero Machine on their website so you, too, can create your costumed alter ego. Not liking a lot of options, I wound up with Libra, defender of justice with her trusty whip.
