So I can stay at Homicide HQ?
Mar. 19th, 2008 09:15 amThe Express has an occasional insert focusing on Baltimore. This one brought the news that Recreation Pier, Homicide: Life on the Street's stand-in HQ, is being turned into an ALoft hotel, part of the Starwood chain. It will open in April 2009 and run around $200-$250 a night. On the one hand, I'm glad to see them restoring it into something useful, but I'm a little afraid it'll lose its lustre.
