That sounds like a marvelous ghost tour that I'd love to take. :)
If you're ever around St. Augustine, be sure to try out their ghost tours. There's the same sort of walking tour around the Old City--with historic cemeteries and an oddly disproportionate number of shops that used to be mortuaries--as well as a tour at the lighthouse, and a nighttime cruise on a sailing ship complete with ghost stories. (*That* I'd also love to do, but haven't yet because it's a bit more expensive.) Many of Saint Augustine's ghost stories involve pirates, as well.
