Skating coverage

hildy89Huh. With ABC/ESPN losing its skating contract, we no longer have regular coverage of the ISU Grand Prix series aside from Skate America. Universal Sports is showing live coverage of Skate America without commentary. None. No pithy filler on someone's coach/personal problems/costumes/etc. No technical observations on someone's layback or flutz. Just the skater and the music. The only thing we hear is the announcer in the background and the on screen scoring. That's it. *blinks* I'm not used to this. I don't even know what to make of it.
