The weather was totally weird. My parents and I were sitting in the living room and every five minutes someone would provide a weather update.

"Wow, it's really bright out there."
"It's raining."
"Look at that wind."
"Wait, now it's snowing."
"Uh, it's sunny again."
"The wind just blew a dog down the street."

(Okay, the last one isn't true, but it sure felt like it could have been!)
