I won the lottery...

Well, sort of.

After however many years of attending Media West con, I finally was actually called by the hotel for a room. The drawback was they only have smoking rooms available. They haven't had any non-smoking cancellations yet. They've left a note on my request so maybe they can shuffle me around. If I do have to stay in it, I'm hoping it won’t be too bad, but it may mean I may not spend as much time in the room this year. But considering the current forecast for the week of the con is quite cold and rainy, I'll be glad to be at the hotel.

I'm almost caught up with backlog of Another World reruns. May 1989 was an eventful month. It's hard to believe my interest in Bay City is only a few months away.
