Travelling plans & music
May. 25th, 2005 10:55 pmIt was a Good Thing I visited the doctor when I did and received the antibiotics. My throat culture came back positive for strep this time around, rather than my allergies or a cold. I'll probably still be stealing salt packets to make some gargle, but otherwise, I'm much better now.
I leave tomorrow evening for the con, so I'm doing all those last minute "Ohmigod, I don't have..." attacks. The Dell DJ theoretically should help some of the music decisions. I've spent more than a few trips debating what to bring and what to leave behind. I'm loading up all the Usual Suspects right now. A little of everything. As usual, I'm being frustrated by my organization methods, like when a favorite cd isn't in its case. Or any of the cd carrying cases I have... Not that it stops the "But what I really want to hear right now..." moments. This week it's been stuff like "Mambo Italiano" and other 1950s era songs.
