Who needs Da Vinci Code when we have our unsolveable code down in Langley? The Elonka site provides a lot of related info and articles. They showed a smaller version of it on the CIA tour in Alias recently.

Recent dna evidence about the identity of Jack the Ripper as maybe a Jill provided some nostalgic amusement for a group of friends of mine. Once upon a time, five friends collaborated together on a time travel story involving a female Ripper who was also a vampire. The story was posted on the old vampyres list as a serial. annef has graciously Google-htmled it over here.

Jill the Ripper? I shall have to pass that along to patsyrant ASAP as he and I have spent far too many hours pondering the case. Ah, the good times, as we enjoyed our Ripper Walk in London and how we terrified the people in the park the next day as we discussed the suspect options aloud along with light hearted re-enactments (for forensic purposes, of course).

Though reading the article, it seems a pretty thin rationale for reviving the woman as killer theory. Still, it always makes for good copy. :-)
