So today was the end of the line. Another temp assignment has come and gone with another one starting Monday. This one was no real joy, a part-time "jack of all trades, master of the obscure software" kind of library job.
Now I brave into the big bad world of law firm libraries. I'm relieved it won't be a two person operation. I've done those assignments and they were not enjoyable.
But who knows? Maybe they'll have a casual Friday so in warmer climates, I can actually wear the Wolfram and Hart polo shirt to work and see who reacts. Could be fun.
Off to scrounge up dinner and write for the evening. I was amused to discover the "Theban Plays" included a genealogy of Oedipus and his demented family, just as I suggested was necessary reading for the "Ring" cycle. Even translated by Robert Feagles, who worked on the "Iliad" translation I have somewhere.
